FEEL SOMETHING

About
My name is asha.
Hi, my name is Asha, and I am a wellness researcher and practitioner. I am a twice-certified 200-HR yoga teacher, a mamaglow-trained doula, and trained in level I and II somatics.
Wellness is an important part of my life and my work. allowing me to move with the flow of life and to things that nourish and feel good. Bringing the meaning of Asha (hope and life) is both an honour and a gift, allowing me to share in wellness in ways that align with and bring us closer to ourselves and others.
As a practitioner and facilitator, I have created and facilitated an 8-week movement and meditation program to support women experiencing chronic unhousing in Toronto, and led a yoga program to support a return-to-school program for Black girls in the GTA. I have also curated and facilitated wellness workshops, community activations, and led private and community-based yoga classes.
Whether you are new to wellness or have a well-curated practice, you are welcome. And until we meet again, take care.
